St Eugene's CYO registration for Players and Coaches begins August 1st and closes August 15th at 8pm. The basketball season typically consist of assessments in September, practices start November 1st, games start after Thanksgiving and run through the end of February. We look forward to a full season of practices, games, and end of the season playoffs. Welcome to the St Eugene's CYO website. Here you will find hopefully all the answers to your CYO Basketball needs. St Eugene's CYO is a youth Basketball league in the North Bay.
Registration begins August 1st and ends August 15th each year. Check out the camps page for outside development opportunities,
St. Eugene’s CYO Refund Policy
Prior to Assessments, if a player drops out and a parent requests a refund then 50% of the registration cost will be refunded.
After Assessments, if a player drops out there will be no refund.
If any state/local governing bodies restrict the ability to conduct practices or games resulting in the cancellation of the St. Eugene's CYO season prior to the first game of the season, all players who are currently registered will receive a full refund for the canceled season minus the cost for any gym time or fees incurred, not to exceed $50 from each family.
In the event that the The CYO Basketball season starts but is unable to finish due to any decisions by state/local agencies, including school districts from which we rent facilities, St. Eugene's CYO will offer a pro-rated refund less a pro-rated fee to offset nonrefundable program costs.
Our goal is to provide the best basketball experience for our families. These goals come with fixed costs to run our programs, regardless of the number of registered players. Given St. Eugene's CYO status as a non-profit organization for the benefit of our youth, St. Eugene's would greatly appreciate any potential future refund of fees being converted to a tax deductible donation, at the sole discretion of each family.
